I wanted to get a custom sign made and got quotes and mock-ups from several companies. Kings of Neon went above my expectations to make a wonderful neon sign for my husband’s Christmas present. I was direct marketed ads through socials for Kings of Neon, and they worked. Clicked on, saw that they do custom jobs for businesses and thought ‘why not?’ And uploaded my company logo and all the details of what I was after. Got a call the next day to touch base and clarify exactly what I was after and had proofs later that day. Was worried it might cost a packet, but compared to other options (including just plain old custom vinyls) it’s really good value. No sneaky ad on costs (like $499 shipping and handling) and even picking the ‘middle of the range’ shipping option it was under 2 weeks from sign off to delivery. Instructions are very clear (not the usual translated 6 times indecipherable thing). I built myself a backing board out of form ply, it mounted up and installed it myself. Pretty simple if you have a working knowledge of basic hand/power tools (a drill and some cable ties) and BANG it was installed.. Looks fabulous, gets lots of attention, LOTS of attention and has had a measurable impact on our street presence and getting people through the door. Looks professional and cool. Thanks Kings of Neon, if the budget was not a thing I’d buy several more of them!

We received our ice blue neon sign. The color was not exactly the shade of blue that we thought it was going to be. It’s more turquoise than what is showing on the website, but nevertheless, my sister absolutely loved her new sign. Awesome craftsmanship, and excellent customer service. They definitely deserve five stars!
